Sometimes I am using spectral concepts in my pieces. This means that I need the detunings of various partials for various fundamentals. And since I am too lazy to keep looking them up I wrote a little Max patch to help me out:
Pick the fundamental, click the pitch-class you are in need of and voilà, it spits out the fundamental with the (first) partial number and the detuning in cents.
Here is a little video of it in action. As a bonus, the answer is auto-magically copied to the clipboard so you can paste it directly in your notation program of choice (or wherever you need it).
